Return Policy

Here at ShoesBagsAll.com, we vouch for the authenticity of the products that we sell.  Notwithstanding, we do know that there are times that customers may wish to return products that have been ordered and delivered to them. We therefore offer the opportunity to return the products for refund (less the shipping costs)

As a matter of fact, we are proud to offer a no questions asked return policy.  All you need to do is return it if you don’t like it, and we will give you 100% credit for it. We only ask that you accept responsibility for the cost of shipping it back to us. We also require that your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it

We accept returns up to 30 days following confirmation of delivery of product to our customers.

To complete your return, please enclose the original receipt or proof of purchase that comes with the box shipped to you. Please do not send your purchase back to our forwarders as they may not be able to help you with it.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Any item not in its original condition,
  • Is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
